These draft terms outline the intended commercial and product boundaries. They are not ready for customer acceptance.

The service

Daisuke Bear — Work & Life Assistant is a Mac-first productivity application that helps organise information and prepare actions. It does not guarantee business outcomes, perfect classification, uninterrupted availability or error-free AI output.

Your responsibility and approvals

Customers remain responsible for reviewing messages, drafts, calendar actions and other recommendations before approval. AI-generated or extracted information may be incomplete or incorrect.

Membership and DBT Credits

The intended model is a monthly membership plus DBT Credits for deliberately requested AI assistance. Ordinary local tools continue without credits. No price or allowance is part of these draft terms until it is expressly approved and published.

Apple-first requirements

The first launch is intended for compatible Mac computers using Messages, Apple Mail and Apple Calendar. Direct Google and Microsoft integrations are not included. Google accounts may appear indirectly only when configured through supported Apple system accounts.

Remote access

Optional iPhone access initially requires the trusted Tailscale companion app and its separate terms. Daisuke Bear does not provide its own native VPN at launch. The Mac must remain available for access to Mac-resident information.

Availability and updates

The Mac installer will be distributed directly from the Daisuke Bear website after Developer ID signing, Apple notarization and owner approval. It is not a Mac App Store product.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in the final terms may exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Appropriate mandatory consumer-guarantee wording must be confirmed during legal review.
